Charger essentials

Core product, electrical, compatibility, and physical details.

Product type

  • Wall-mounted AC electric-vehicle charger for fixed installation.
  • Suitable for homes, workplaces, parking areas, and light commercial sites.
  • Available in 7 kW, 11 kW, and 22 kW versions; this page focuses on 22 kW.
  • New-condition charging equipment.

Electrical specifications

Rated output: 22 kW
Current: up to 32 A per phase
Supply: three-phase AC
Voltage: approximately 380–400 V AC
Frequency: typically 50/60 Hz
Maximum calculated output: approximately 22.2 kW

Power calculation: √3 × 400 V × 32 A ≈ 22.2 kW. A suitable three-phase supply is required for full output.

Vehicle compatibility

  • Connector options may include Type 2, Type 1, or GB/T.
  • For most European vehicles: Type 2, 400 V three-phase input, 32 A per phase.
  • The vehicle must support 22 kW three-phase AC charging to use the full output.
  • Vehicles limited to 7.4 kW or 11 kW will charge only at their own maximum supported rate.

Physical specifications

Installation: wall-mounted
Approximate enclosure: 290 × 190 × 85 mm
Cable: approximately 5 m; customizable on request
Cable routing: downward entry and output
Status indication: LED indicator light
Enclosure: approximately IP54, subject to exact model confirmation
Drop test: 500 mm free-drop test stated for the product series

Operation and connectivity

How the charger communicates, displays status, and performs during charging.

Status and user interface

Indicator lights can show power available, ready status, vehicle connected, charging in progress, charging completed, and fault or warning status.

Exact colours and flashing patterns depend on the final model and operating manual.

Communication and smart features

Possible features include Bluetooth, mobile-device connection, and smart charging control.

Depending on configuration, confirm Wi-Fi, Ethernet, 4G, mobile app, RFID, OCPP, remote monitoring, charging records, authorization, and scheduled charging.

Charging performance

30 minutes: approximately 11 kWh
1 hour: approximately 22 kWh
2 hours: approximately 44 kWh
4 hours: approximately 88 kWh

Actual delivery may be lower due to vehicle limits, battery temperature, state of charge, voltage variation, load management, current limits, and charging losses.

03

Installation and safety

Site requirements, electrical protection, and environmental suitability.

Installation requirements

  • 380–400 V three-phase service with 32 A available on each phase.
  • Correctly sized cable, dedicated circuit, suitable breaker, residual-current protection, and proper earthing.
  • Installation by a qualified electrician.
  • Verification that the building can support the additional load.
  • Compliance with local electrical and EV-charging regulations.

Recommended electrical protection

  • Overcurrent, short-circuit, overvoltage, undervoltage, and overtemperature protection.
  • Earth-leakage protection and fault isolation.
  • 6 mA DC leakage detection and compatible residual-current device protection.
  • Confirm whether DC leakage detection is integrated or requires an external device.

Environmental use

Suitable for indoor garages, covered parking, residential driveways, workplace parking, and light commercial locations.

For outdoor use, confirm the exact IP rating, water and dust resistance, operating temperature, UV resistance, impact rating, installation height, and weather protection.

IP54 does not imply protection against flooding, pressure washing, or continuous direct water exposure.
