Specifications vary by selected version. Check current rating, power configuration, and length before ordering.

Compatibility

For a vehicle with a Type 2 AC inlet and an AC charging point with a Type 2 socket. Charging speed depends on the vehicle onboard charger, station output, electrical supply, phase support, and selected cable version.

The 22 kW configuration generally requires compatible three-phase equipment and a vehicle able to accept the corresponding AC input. It is not intended for Type 1, GB/T, NACS, CCS-only, CHAdeMO, or other incompatible connections.

HOW TO USE

Connect, charge and store safely

Follow these steps for a safe and reliable charging session.

  1. 1

    Prepare

Park safely within reach and inspect the cable and connectors.

  2. 02

    Connect the station

Insert the charging-station end fully into the Type 2 socket.

  3. 03

    Connect the vehicle

Insert the vehicle end fully into the vehicle inlet.

  4. 04

    Start charging

Start and confirm the session using the station, vehicle, card, or app.

  5. 05

    End the session

Stop or unlock the charging session before disconnecting.

  6. 06

    Disconnect safely

Remove the vehicle connector first, then the station connector.

  7. 07

    Store the cable

Keep the cable clean, dry, and loosely coiled between uses.

Safety, care, and storage

  • Use only with compatible Type 2 AC charging equipment.
  • Do not use damaged, wet, dirty, crushed, sharply bent, or modified cables.
  • Do not touch contacts, immerse connectors, or use pressure washing.
  • Fully uncoil during charging where practical and stop if unusual heat, odour, noise, or repeated interruption occurs.
  • Clean with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth and allow connectors to dry fully.

IP55 does not mean the cable is suitable for immersion or use with damaged or uncovered contacts.

Frequently asked questions

Will it charge at 22 kW?

Only when the cable, charging station, electrical supply, and vehicle all support 22 kW AC charging. The lowest-rated component limits the actual rate.

Does the cable include a charger?

No. It is a connection cable between a compatible AC charging station and vehicle.

Can it be used at a public station?

Yes, when the station has a socketed Type 2 AC outlet.

How do I choose a version?

Verify connector compatibility, 16 A or 32 A current, 7 kW or 22 kW configuration, phase support, station output, vehicle AC capacity, and preferred 5 m, 7 m, or 10 m length.

The cable’s maximum rating does not guarantee the charging speed achieved by a particular vehicle.
