A CHAdeMO connector alone does not guarantee compatibility. Successful charging also depends on the vehicle model and year, firmware, battery-management system, station hardware, charger software and supported communication protocols.
This adapter does not convert Type 2 AC charging into CHAdeMO DC charging. It must be connected to suitable CCS2 DC charging equipment.

HOW IT WORKS
Connect and charge safely
Inspect the adapter, both connector interfaces and locking components. Keep all contacts clean and dry.
Insert the CHAdeMO side into the vehicle and make sure it is fully secured.
Connect the charging station’s CCS2 plug to the CCS2 side of the adapter.
Start the session through the station controls and confirm charging begins correctly.
Stop the session completely and wait for unlocking before disconnecting.
Remove the CCS2 plug first, then the adapter, and store it in a clean, dry location.
Never force a locked connector or disconnect while charging is active.

A 200 A rating does not guarantee 200 A charging
The vehicle and charging station automatically determine permitted voltage, current and power. The adapter cannot increase the vehicle’s original maximum charging capability.
