COMPATIBILITY
Charging performance depends on the complete setup
A compatible connector is only the first requirement. The vehicle’s onboard charger, model year, voltage, current, phase configuration, installation capacity, software settings, and charging schedules can all affect charging.
A vehicle that accepts less than 7 kW will charge only at its own maximum supported AC rate. This is an AC charger, not a DC rapid charger.
✓ Vehicle charging inlet and AC standard
✓ Onboard charger maximum input power
✓ Available voltage, current, and phase
✓ Dedicated circuit and installation capacity
✓ Vehicle software, schedules, and current limits
INSTALLATION
Professional installation is required
The charger must be installed and commissioned by a qualified electrician in accordance with applicable electrical regulations.
Confirm input voltage, phase configuration, and available property capacity.
Confirm cable size, circuit breaker, residual-current protection, and earthing.
Verify the mounting surface and suitability for the intended environment.
Check permission, inspection, and notification requirements.
Do not use an extension cable, travel adapter, multi-socket outlet, or unsuitable converter.

SAFETY
Use only with a compatible and correctly rated installation
Do not use damaged equipment, touch connector terminals, modify the charger, or drive while the cable is connected. Keep the connector clean and route the cable to prevent trips, crushing, or vehicle damage.
Stop using the charger immediately if there is unusual heat, smoke, burning odour, sparking, abnormal noise, or repeated interruption.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
Inspect and store it correctly
Regularly inspect the cable and connector. Clean with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, solvents, pressure washing, tight bending, twisting, or stretching.
Arrange a professional inspection if the charger becomes loose, damaged, or unreliable.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Key answers before purchase
Is this a portable charger?
No. It is designed as a wall-mounted charging station for a fixed location.
Will every compatible vehicle charge at 7 kW?
No. The vehicle’s onboard charger determines the maximum AC power it can accept.
Can Type 2 charge a GB/T vehicle?
Not directly. The charging connector must match the vehicle’s inlet and supported standard.
Does it require professional installation?
Yes. A qualified electrician must install it on a suitable dedicated circuit.
Can it be installed outdoors?
Outdoor suitability is not confirmed. Verify the enclosure’s ingress-protection rating and environmental limits first.
Does it include Wi-Fi, an app, or RFID?
These functions are not confirmed and should not be assumed to be included.
Is it suitable for three-phase power?
The phase and input requirements of the selected version must be confirmed before installation.
What if charging stops unexpectedly?
Check the vehicle display, settings, connector, and electrical circuit. Contact a qualified technician if the issue repeats or there are signs of damage or overheating.
